We feel so blessed to have found Laura! She has tutored my son in math for two years now and has been the best tutor we have ever had! We intend to use her all four years of high school. My 15-year-old son respects her and feels nurtured by her at the same time. Not only does she interact well with boys and have a great sense of humor, but also and more importantly, she is adept at teaching different types of learners. From the very beginning she demonstrated her ability to adapt and teach in new ways to reach my son. She is very skilled at finding his strengths and weaknesses and then goes above and beyond to make sure he is prepared. Often, my son doesn’t know what he doesn’t know, but she will find out! There have been many times when she will create (during her own time) worksheets, practice tests and even vocabulary cards! It’s obvious to me she thinks about my son and his success even when she is not here. I can honestly say my son is a solid math student because of Laura.

As I sit in a room filled with students and their parents waiting for my daughter’s college orientation to start, I remember all the experiences, tutors and teachers that have gotten my daughter to this point. Having a Learning Disability is difficult; getting the correct diagnosis even more difficult. Laura has filled in all the blanks for us. She gave our daughter hope and a plan; a math learning program that will help her successfully navigate through high school and get accepted to college. My husband and I are extremely grateful to Laura and Jay for all of the help and guidance. We strongly recommend them!
